It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Rice of Waldorf, Maryland, who passed away on June 17, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Areatha Rice and Colban Rice; and his children, Paulette Brown and Milton Pinkney. He is survived by: his wife Mary Waul; his children, Micki Henry, Wanda Woodland, Marion Wheeler, Agatha Pinkney, Tamela, Jacklyn Brown, Joseph G. Rice, John S Pinkney and Donald C Pinkney; and his sister Ruth Callens. He is also survived by several in laws, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
