He is survived by: his mother Delma Phyllis Blackwell (Martin); his wife Deborah Ruth (Spence); his children, Kelly Davis (Roy) and Ryan Blackwell (Christina); his grandsons, Caleb, Cohen, Silas and Griffin; and his siblings, Kimberly Heaney (Michael), Kristina Loveland and Keith Blackwell.
