He is survived by: his parents, Florence Edna Butler (Baker) and Daniel "Cliff" Clifton Butler, Jr.; his wife Belinda; his siblings, Danny Butler (Lisa Yates), Lamont Butler, Jermaine "Meat Ball" Butler, Donta Butler, Travin "George" Butler, Sylvia "Peaches" Butler, Keyona "Sweet Pea" Butler and Tessa Merdith; and his godparents, Mary Hopewell and Joseph Templeman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Lance's name are asked to Spring Dell Center, 6040 Radio Station Road, La Plata, MD 20646.
