It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Bowie Moore (Waldorf, Maryland), born in La Plata, Maryland, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her nieces and nephews, Marc Reckner (Pat), Eric Reckner, Patricia Robinson and Gladys Bowie; her great-nephew Marc Reckner, Jr.; her great-niece Sarah Langley (Josh); her former life partner Sherwood L. Moore, Sr.; and her cousins, Olive Perry, Wayne Bowie, Bill Bowie, Elwin Bowie, Alton Bowie, Judy Tippett and Sally Davis.
