He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, William Cizler and Richard Black. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Cizler and Karen Cizler; his grandmothers, Dorothy Cizler and Diane Black; his brothers, Mark Cizler (Cassidy) and Matthew Cizler (Lisa); and his nieces and nephews, Monica, Marilyn, Madison, Martin, Mason and Myron. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
