He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Gaskins and Ellen Ford Gaskins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Maxwell Gaskins; his daughters, Marla Bell (Scott) of Culpeper, VA and D. C.; his granddaughters, Marilyn and Caroline Bell; and his sisters, Creola Nicholson (Roy) and Anna Belle Richards (Jim). He is also survived by his family and friends.
