She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Leroy Jordan and Fannie Lee Jordan (Martin). She is survived by: her children, Da-Wyone C. Haynes (Dawn) of Louisville and Barbara M. Abraham (Isaiah) of Brandywine, Maryland.; her grandchildren, Isaiah Abraham II, Dejah Abraham and Destinee Haynes; her cousins, Michael Martin, Ruth Callicott (Sandy) and Jakari Callicott; and her friends, Ronald Holcomb, Joann McCree (Mac), Shellie Chinn and Aundra Jackson (Rodrick).

In honor of Patricia's memory and journey, the family respectfully requests that contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's Prince George's County (http://act.alz.org.) on September 19th 2026, to support the ongoing fight against Alzheimer's disease.
