Randy left this world on November 22, 2025 at the age of 46, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Angel and Darius Butler; his parents, Felicia Proctor and Ray Butler, Sr.; his stepfather Oliver Proctor; his brothers, Ray Butler and Glenn Proctor; and his cousin Tironn Marbury. He was also cherished by relatives and friends.
