It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Andrew Gagner of Waldorf, Maryland, who passed away on February 19, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son James "Ray" Gagner; and his parents, Victor Joseph Gagner and Nancy Jane Shepherd. He is survived by: his wife Toni H. Gagner; his pet Aki; his daughter-in-law Kandy Gagner; his siblings, Daniel C. Gagner (Sharon), Susan Boyle (John), Patricia Serkes (Nick) and Lisa Lewand (Lance); and his close friends, John Terlesky, Brinda Cline and Stacey Strayer.
