He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Wesley Shipp Sr. and Opal Lucile Shipp (Dusenberry); his sister Sandra Fallon; and his brother-in-law James Fallon. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Marie Shipp (Delgado) of California, MD.; his children, Katelyn Marie Austin (Timmy) of Colonial Beach, VA and Kevin Robert Shipp (Paige) of Mechanicsville, MD.; his grandchildren, Jordan, Joshua, Jaxden, Jaide, Natalie, Ayden and Landen; and his brother Donald Wesley Shipp Jr. (Lorraine).
