He is survived by: his wife Mary Joyce Ruffner; his children, Diana Braun (Allan) of Wake Forest, Cindy Kaoud (Fred) of Wilton, Connecticut, Ernie Davies (Mary) of Jefferson, Maryland, Ronnie Ruffner, Jr. (Carolyn) of Baltimore and Leigh Ann Logan (Jim) of Indian Head, Maryland; his grandchildren, Jordan Ruffner, Caymus Ruffner, Grayson Ruffner, Anna Davies, Avery Logan, Savannah Logan, Isabella Kaoud, John Kaoud and Neil Kaoud; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Rininger, Ben Davis and Anna Adams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
