He was predeceased by: his brother Paul Shifflett. He is survived by: his parents, Nancy Smith and Thomas Smith; his children, Timothy Shifflett and Whitney Shifflett; his grandchildren, Gianni, Ronin and Eliana Shifflett; and his siblings, Gary Shifflett, Brian Smith, Kelly Abell and Amanda Smith. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
