We announce the death of Terri Lynn Phelps of Waldorf, Maryland, who passed away on August 15, 2026, at the age of 73. Terri will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Audrey Adams Matthews and Sidney Matthews. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Loveless (Robert Johnson) and Patrick Phelps, Jr.; her grandson Matthew Loveless; and her brother Brent Matthews (Deborah).
In lieu of flowers, Terri would likely prefer something pink. And if it happens to arrive in a cardboard box from an online retailer, even better.
