He is survived by: his children, Thomas Monroe Harley Jr. (Gabel), Marcus Harley, Sr., Farrington Bruce Wright Jr. (Tanika) and Dina McIlwain; and his siblings, Mary Dorothy Faye Proctor (Thomas), Elizabeth Charlene Falgoust (Rudy), Terence Anthony Harley Sr. (Veronica), James Ernest Harley (Mary) and Paul Harris Harley, Sr. (Cecelia). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
