He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Waffird and Pauline Waffird. He is survived by: his children, Wayne Frederick Waffird II (Denise Waffird) and Janet Dickerson; his siblings, Ronnie Waffird, Joyce Waffird and Mike Waffird; his grandchildren, Cameron Waffird, Collin Waffird and Caelyn Rogers (Nathan Rogers); and his great grandchild Leimomi Rogers.
