He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Stevens and Charlotte Mae Stevens (Turner); and his sister Fern Hines. He is survived by: his sons, Jason and Cody; his sisters, Paulette Hooper and Nancy Elliott; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Hooper, Harry Elliott and George Hines. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Daybreak Adult Day Care, 7819 Rocky Springs Road, Frederick, MD 21702.
