He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Ruhl and Beatrice Ruhl (Smith); his daughter Sarah Ruhl; and his brothers, Michael and Duane Ruhl.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Ruhl; his children, Steven Ruhl and Carol Thunberg (Patrick); his grandchildren, Gavin, Anthony and Odin; and his sister Diana Buchler.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702).
