He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Workman and Rita A. Workman (Lynagh); and his brother Gerald J. Workman. He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth "Beth" Travis (Jack); his children, Christopher (Vicky), Robert "Bobby" (Amanda) and Noelle "Pepper" Workman; and his grandchildren, Isaiah, Mikayla and Scarlett.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Bill's memory to the American Cancer Society, a cause that was close to his heart.
