He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. McCullough, Sr. and Nancy McCullough; and his siblings, Rita Byrum and Michael McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie McCullough; his sons, Justin C. McCullough and Daniel K. McCullough; and his nephew James Byrum. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law.
