He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert Sivatko and Mary Alice "Chickie" Cabo. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Paul (Nicole) and Lauren; his sisters, Lynn Hutchison (Ronnie) and Sue Fridell (Steve); Susan J. Grisby (Mike). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
