Duncan of West Friendship, Maryland, born in Rogersville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Patricia Duncan and Hubert Duncan; and his brother Michael Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Louise; and his children, Marsha Ribant (John), Steve Duncan (Stacy), Diana Ryan (Steve) and Scott Duncan (Kelly). He is also survived by 22 grandkids, 7 great-grandkids, and many friends.
