She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Witt and Gladys Witt (Sturtz); her husband Charles Offutt, Jr.; and her brother Charles Witt. She is survived by: her children, Charles Offutt, III (Fatima), Daniel Offutt, Christopher Offutt (Terri), Tammy Martin (Timothy) and Cheryl Clark (Shawn); her grandchildren, Anthony Offutt, Amanda Clawson, Shelby McGregor, Craig Offutt, Nina Martin, Nicole Perkins, CJ Yantz, Adam Martin, Aspen Veronick, Izzie Veronick, Ivie Clark, Kenley Clark and Khloe Clark; her brother Richard Witt; and her sister-in-law Linda Witt. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Mountains Parish Saint Patrick's Church (201 N Centre St, Cumberland, MD 21502).
