He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Rosier and Thelma Rosier (Abernathy). He is survived by: his sons, John R. Rosier of Hagerstown and Michael L. Rosier of Piedmont; his grandchildren, Christina Flaskamp (Rosier), Bethany Rosier and Nathan Rosier; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Madison and Veronica.
