She is survived by: her grandchildren, Christin D. Windle (Scott), Josiah A. Harvey (Chasity), Terah L. Harvey, David W. Cowan III (Hunter), Matthew P. Cowan, Shannon Hall (Tim), Michelle Adams (Zach), Danielle Smiley, K. Jane Bates (Darren), Edward Paugh (Mary) and Jason Paugh; Linda L. Wolford of Tazewell, TN, Jean L. Paugh of Tazewell, TN, David A. Smiley (Kris) of Moyock, NC, Diane L. Cowan (David Jr.) and Danny P. Smiley. She is also survived by twenty-two great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
