She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Simmons and Elsie Simmons (Eckhart); her husband Alvin Westfall, Sr.; her son Bob Westfall-Simmons; her grandson Chris Westfall; and her siblings, Freda Wamsley, Louise Mangold, Henry, Charles and Robert.
She is survived by: her sons, Alvin Westfall, Jr. (Susan) and Marshall Westfall (Tammy); her grandchildren, Bobby Simmons (Kristi), Steve Simmons (Shannon), Keith Metz (Elizabeth), Jennifer Housel (Larry), Lisa Wilson (Adam), Heather Andrews, John Leslie (Jamie), Samantha Montgomery (Will) and Nicole Leslie; her sister Virginia "Ginny" Decker (Don); her daughter-in-law Vickie Simmons; and her close friends, Wayne and Mary Brewer. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter.
