He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Wilcox and Dorothy Wilcox; and his sisters, Judy Fulk and Jeanne Cavey. He is survived by: his wife Annabelle Wilcox; his children, Lee Ann Wilcox (James Moon) of Luke, Rodney Frazee (Mary) of Martinsburg, WV and Scott Wilcox of Long Island, NY; his sisters, Louella Friend (Ed), Joyce Paugh (Jim) and Janie Paugh; his grandsons, Matthew Sigley (Stormy) and Bradley Sigley (Lauren); and his great grandchild Henry Sigley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
