He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Rae Doolan (Blubaugh) and Harold Joseph Doolan, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Shelia (Edgar Lawson) of Keyser, WV, Kimberly (James Jones) of Stephens City, VA, Vickie Fearon of Ashland, PA, Chris Doolan (Robin) of Keyser, WV, Jennifer Dorsey of Cresaptown, MD and Kelly Doolan of Maurertown, VA.. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peters Roman Catholic Church (133 Church St, Westernport, MD 21562). The inurnment will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the TBD Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery (14205 Pleasant Valley Rd NE, Flintstone, MD 21530).
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the Special Olympics of Allegany County, 218 Shaw Street, Frostburg, MD 1532.
