It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen William Horsey of Westminster, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Muriel Virginia Arrington (Ervin) and Benjamin Arrington, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Carol Joanne Horsey (Davis); his daughters, Eunice Long and Cristal Fortino; and his sons-in-law, Derrick Craig and Joseph Fortino. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
