She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Michael Hoffman II and Helen Hoffman. She is survived by: her husband Tom (Tom); and her daughters, Lisa Signiski (Thomas Kasuba), Susan Signiski Neubert (John Neubert), Dianne Signiski Garrett (Daniel Garrett) and Sarah Signiski (Bryan Claxton). She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Ann's memory to the scholarship fund of the Polish Home Club, 512 S Broadway, Baltimore, MD 21231.
