She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter L. Trout and Regina Hake Trout; her spouse Thomas W. Tulley; and her brother Nevin J. Trout. She is survived by: her children, Candyce M. Marcantoni (Benjamin) of Monkton and Thomas S. Tulley (Marimil) of Arlington, TX; her grandsons, Joshua Tulley and Jacob Tulley (Olivia); and her friends, Mary, Ruthie and Becky Stonesifer.
