In loving memory of Barbara Ann Allard of Westminster, Maryland, who departed this world on September 23, 2025 at the age of 80. Barbara Ann leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Earl Rogers and Julia May Rogers (Niles); her son Andrew Jackson; and her siblings, Diane West, Earl Rogers and Jimmy Rogers.
She is survived by: her husband David Allard; her children, Cheryl Jackson, Angela Cox (Daryl) and David Allard (Crystal); her grandchildren, Jasmyne Jackson (Shane), Jade Jackson (Kelsy), Juliet Jackson, Emmalea Allard, Lucas Cox, Charlotte Cox, Nicholas Cox, Rachel Allard, Alana Allard, Jessica Rebello, Jared Souza and Jacob Jackson; her great grandchildren, Xavian, Wyatt, Maribel, Damien and Kiersten; and her siblings, Carolyn McAlpine, Shirley Lanouette (Roger), Nancy Pereira (Kenny), Gloria Lanouette (Bob) and Betty Mendonca (Ernie). She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
