He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jorden Foreman and Camille Abell Foreman; his wife Bernadette; and his siblings, George Foreman and Mary Eleanor Jamison (Foreman).
He is survived by: his brother John Foreman (Trudy); his sister-in-law Carol Foreman; and his children, Matthew, Charles, Anthony (Lynda), Mary Anne (Price), Bernard, Paul (Ellen) and Loretta (Jeffry Hiner). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Taking a one-year National Science Foundation sabbatical, he earned a Master of Science degree from Syracuse University.
