Walsh, Jr. and John Oliver Walsh; the mother of his children Kathy Lowman of Hampstead, MD; his siblings, Kathy Terry (David) of Millington, MD, John Walsh (Marlene) of Millsboro and Brian Walsh (Laura) of Stevensville, MD; and his aunt Shirley Powell of Catonsville, MD..
