She is survived by: her children, Cindy Smith, Krystal Brandenburg (Bill), David Manning, Jr. and William Manning; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Alexandra, Bill, Alexandra, Nicholas, Mindy, Jacob and Rayna. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; and many other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel (412 Washington Rd, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
