We are sad to announce that, on April 25, 2026, at the age of 78, Dianne Dorothy Fisher of Westminster, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel H. Flater and Rose E. Flater (Zito); her spouse Zeno M. Fisher, Jr.; and her sister Rosalie Chenowith. She is survived by: her children, Zeno M. Fisher, III (Claire) of Jacobus, PA and Danielle L. Spence (James) of Red Lion, PA; her grandchildren, Evan Spence, Megan Fisher and Jeremy Spence; and her siblings, Noel David Flater of Pikesville and Patricia Brown of Westminster. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
