He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rainey and Carol Margaret Rhodes (Theodos); and his brother-in-law Frank D. Magers III. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Rhodes; his children, Zachary Rhodes (Stephany) of BelAir, Patrick Rhodes (Jasmine) and Brittany Rhodes (Jaclyn) of BelAir, Maryland.; his sisters, Chrisann Rhodes of White Marsh and Terry (Bob Hirt) of Perry Hall, Maryland; his siblings-in-law, Clara (Perry Frado), Steve (Delia Lesser) and Susan Magers; his mother-in-law Raye Lesser; and his pet Jax. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Epic Church (1710 Delvale Ave, Dundalk, MD 21222).
