He was predeceased by: his father Douglas James Bills, Sr.; and his grandfather Donald Bolton. He is survived by: his mother Deborah Ann Reda (Bolton); his brother Jeffrey "Jeff" Lowe; his nieces, Aleshea and Mara Lowe; and his grandmother Mary Bolton.
