He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Elizabeth Nicholson Bell. He is survived by: his father Ira Webber Bell of Westminster; his daughter Pamela (Noah Ehrenberg); his grandson Asher Ehrenberg; and his siblings, Dawn Raver (Glenn) of Manchester and Ryan Bell (Ruth) of Westminster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations to be used for Asher's college fund may be made to Pamela Bell or Noah Ehrenberg and mailed to 22624 Majestic Elm Ct., Clarksburg, MD 20871.
