He was predeceased by: his parents, Eustace H. Mills Sr. and Louise Geneva Mills Hallowell (Rector); his wife Portia Larae Huber; and his brother Ronald Winston Mills. He is survived by: his brother Thomas Hallowell; his children, Pamela Smith (Edward) of Montrose, MI and Eustace Harris Hallowell III of Westminster, MD; and his grandchildren, Christina Steffen (Matt), Gregory Smith and Bradley Smith.
