She was predeceased by: her parents, Furban Elkins and Ella Elkins (Lovejoy); her husband Charles D. Scott; her daughter Linda K. Toth; and her grandson Patrick Sean Murphy.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna E. Brown (Darryl) of Taneytown; her grandchildren, Michael Toth (Soni) of Westminster, Ellie Murphy of Gettysburg, Andrew Toth of Westminster and Rebel Holland (Kellen) of Taneytown; her great grandchildren, Brianna, Bailey, Skye and Luna; and her son-in-law Kevin Toth of Westminster.
