He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Davis and Elizabeth Davis. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Dyche; his sister Marcia Hinkle; and his children, Tami Norris, Debbie Twigg, Mark Dyche, Gary Dyche and Mike Hackworth. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters.
