She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph William Rill and Sarah Emma Krebs Rill; her husband Donald Vivian Rhoten, Sr.; and her siblings, Francis Rill and Virginia Reitz.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Hagan (Glenn), Donald Rhoten, Jr. (Dawn) and Robin Dicke (Frank); her granddaughter April Vail (Tom); her child Casey Rhoten; and her great grandchildren, Thomas and Aidan Vail. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
