It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Charles Wirts of Westminster, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Ellwood Wirts, Sr. and Elizabeth June Coyle Wirts. He is survived by : his siblings, Clarence "Butch" E. Wirts, Jr. (Sandy) of Delaware, Kathleen M. Markey (Paul) of Finksburg, MD, Eleanor M. C. Walters (Bob) of Reisterstown, MD and Susan R. Wirts of Westminster, MD.; and his nieces and nephews, Bobby Wirts, Julie Wirts-Gruss, Brian Wirts, Kristy Scilipote and Heather Sankovitch.
