He was predeceased by: his close friend Ken Thompson; his cousin Jerry Barnes; and his brother Jeffrey. He is survived by: his daughters, Savannah and Sarah Hutsell; his granddaughter Aura; and his aunt Linda Whittaker (Jonathan). He is also survived by his wife, daughters and granddaughter.
