He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Edward and Sydney Jones; his wife Lucille Marie "Lucy" Jones; his daughter Christina; and his siblings, Evelyn Hudgins, Marie Buccalo, Raymond Jones, Bernie Jones, Thomas Jones and Donald Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Nina Bingham of Westminster, Vincent Jones of Philadelphia, Phillip Jones of Westminster and Tim Jones of Manchester; his sister Susie Smith of Sykesville; his children-in-law, Brian Tanhauser of Westminster, Karen Jones of Westminster, Jennifer Jones of Manchester and Andrew Morison of Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Nicholas Bingham (Susan), Megan McDiarmid (Dana), Kristin Wenger (Glenn), Brenna Bohn (Andy), Zachary McDiarmid, Carley Jones, Caitlyn Jones and Alissa Jones Fenters (Blake); and his great grandchildren, Ray, Jake, Madison, Blake, Faith, Ava, Andrew, Natalie, Owen, Trey, Jonas, Sophie and Zoey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel (412 Washington Rd, Westminster, MD 21157). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St John Catholic Church (43 Monroe St, Westminster, MD 21157).
