He is survived by: his wife Cathy Johnson of Maryland; and his siblings, Paul Johnson of California, Kevin Johnson (Pam) of Colorado, Chris Johnson (Pam) of Illinois and Stacy Sopcich (Joe) of Kansas City. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; a great-niece and great-nephew.
