She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Leroy Shaffer and Sophia Mary Robinson Shaffer; and her daughter Tamara Beth Kimble. She is survived by: her children, Charles N. Cain, Jr. (Anna) of Glen Burnie and Dawn Cain (Scott Pettit) of Glen Burnie; her sister Patricia M. Punko (Glen) of Hanover, PA.; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Cain (Shelbi Helton) of Westminster and Tori Cain of Glen Burnie.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens (2800 Old Westminster Pike, Finksburg, MD 21048).
