He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ibex and Lydia Ibex. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ibex; his son Jeffrey M. Ibex; his granddaughter Eva Ibex; his daughter Jill Garver (Ben Garver); his grandchildren, Barrett and Riley Garver; his brother John; and his sister-in-law Shelley Ibex of Lewes, Delaware. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
