He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Ward Russell and Evelyn Rasmussen Russell; and his brother Jack W. Russell. He is survived by: his wife Juanita S. Russell; his children, Carroll W. Russell of Taneytown and William H. Russell of Westminster; his grandchildren, Bradford J., Jonathan T. Russell and Delica Farley; his sister Janette L. Russell of Westminster; and his sisters-in-law, Helen S. Hoff of Westminster, Cathy A. Buckingham (Galen C.) of Westminster and Gloria Seal of Ft. Pierce, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
