He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph N. Selby, Jr. and Betty M. Selby. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph N. Selby IV and Michael Selby; his grandchildren, Adam Selby, Mya, Carly, Luke and Ryan; and his great grandchild Lana Jane.
A reception will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home (91 Willis St, Westminster, MD 21157).
